So. i really enjoyed this course... it has been really interesting and i have learnt lots of stuff... .

um my blogs content has really been about what has been on my mind at the time..

I don't really no who my audience is, i guess who ever is bored really.

I think that blog posts are a good way for people to say what they want and express their feelings in ways that haven't really been available before...

So i've really liked this course.. and now i'm off to Stone Fest ! ! ! !

Over Red Rover

So as of today its done, the end of networked media. I had the exam today for the subject, and after talking to just about everyone didn't answer the "what is a long tail ?" question. though now i do no what it is, found out in my tute this afternoon, maybe a little bit late :)

and i also handed in y assignment. which was quite a relief. . My data visualisation of Box office revenue. So hopefully that goes ok and then i won't have to repeat this course.

With that said I did enjoy the course it was fun and i learnt lots of new, interesting stuff.

Data Visual - What ?

So for our final assessment I have decided to create a data visualisation. Its an economic visualisation of the Box office revenue that nine movies have gathered over their run at the cinemas. I chose to do box office revenue because I thought that it was relevant to my course and it was interesting, plus it was the only idea I had. . .

I have created three graphs that make up my visualisation. the first is of the opening weekend gross that each movie made, compared to their total gross made and the difference between the two.

The second is the weekly income that each movie made at the box office.

The third is a graph of different reviews that each movie has made from three different websites.

So i got my results for my assignment today.. the website that gave me so much strife it wasn't funny... well i guess it all payed off.. cause i got a distinction... yay go me.. i guess i won't be failing this course as i thought before..

Daylight What ? ?

So daylight savings happened.. and i was fast alseep then woke up to see i had slept an hour longer than i was supposed to .. oh well... least this time i don't have a HSC exam the next day :) but can't wait till it finishes and we get an extra hour.. love that..

and woo Labour day.. holiday doing nothing.. well i would be doing something but i can't find laura...

TV mania

For all those who don't care, many of like my fab tv shows have started airing their new seasons in the US, and they are awesome. also what has been accopying a lot of my time :) and probably why i didn't finish my assignment untill 1, only 4 hours before it was due today.. oh my... whoopps.. :) anyways its not my fault its the internets for having it, but i love it cause its working, now only to get some credit before it runs out.. hopefully i will last the night :)
